Membership is open to all public agencies who are legally uninsured or permissibly self-insured for workers’ compensation liability. Associate membership shall be open to service providers such as third-party administrators, adjusters, claims examiners, attorneys, etc. Associate members do not have voting privileges, but may attend meetings open to the general membership and are entitled to all other benefits of membership. Each member public agency shall have one vote and shall specify its representative for voting purposes.
Only one membership is required from each agency/organization. Membership benefits are extended to all employees of the agency/organization.
Membership dues are established by the Board of Directors and are payable in June of each year for the ensuing year. Current dues are $100.00 per year.
