Great News. The Supreme Court has issued its decision in the Brodie/Welcher/Strong et al cases. The Court has found that the Fuentes formula is still the method to be used in the calculation of apportionment. The word "percentage" of disability still means "percentage" of disability not "dollar amount". Imagine that.
