Keep in mind with the apportionment regulations, that it applies to LC 4663 only. We still get apportionment for any conditions that are not Presumptiive conditions, and we still get apportionment for prior awards, even on presumptive cases. Now, we have an issue as to how to apply the credit for the prior awards, and that will be up to the California Supreme Court to decide. In the meantime, I would encourage everyone to "negotiate" that issue whenever possible to expedite claim resolutions.
