SB 815 has passed, but is likely to be vetoed. It would essentally double PD amounts for new injuries in three steps. AB 1368 is also going to the Governor. We are hopeful it will be vetoed. It would exempt presumptive cases from LC 4663 apportionment. AB 2287 passed and will possibly be vetoed. It would establish treatment guides foracupunctue. AB 2068 also passed. It extends the sunset date for predesignation to 12/31/09. It will probably be signed into law.
